When I used to use commercial products this was very helpful when I made the switch to better sourced, organic products. You can look up ingredients and products. And although some entries may not have complete data, it IS pretty accurate. And for how certain organizations tend to shush the truth in most cases, I feel like they do a good job of bringing a lot to light here. I still use it time to time for reference πŸ™‚ I believe they have an app now as well.

While I don’t personally trust the logic behind these, I know it can be helpful in reducing costs for others. And I MAY be able to get behind a conventional avocado if I am struggling…But have you ever TASTED a organic pineapple? Heaven…I wont eat conventional ones ever again. But I also use as much of everything as I can, which includes fruit rinds πŸ˜€ Anyways, the list can change yearly, so make sure you check every year. I didn’t include a link because it updates and you can google it so easily ( and find pretty little printable pictures! Print them out and stash in your wallet! I like using Pinterest for those kinds of things.)
